Terms of Use & End User License Agreement

These Terms govern use of the business-operations application hosted at galbraith.llc (the “Application”), including its integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online. Galbraith LLC (“Galbraith,” “we”) operates the Application for Galbraith LLC and its Galbraith Trucking, JG Trucking, Self Storage rental unit, customer care, support, and related Galbraith business operations.

1. Who may use the Application

The Application is used by Galbraith’s authorized personnel to operate Galbraith LLC business functions — including dispatch, staffing, payroll, self storage rentals, customer care, support, and related administrative workflows for Galbraith Trucking, JG Trucking, the Self Storage rental unit, and related Galbraith business operations. Access is granted by login and by role; the Application is not a public consumer service.

2. License

Galbraith LLC grants Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application during their authorized relationship with Galbraith LLC or one of its Galbraith business operations, and only for legitimate business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Application only as authorized and in compliance with applicable law.
• Keep login credentials confidential; do not share access.
• Do not attempt to access data or functions beyond your assigned role.
• Do not export, copy, or disclose company or customer data except as required for your duties.

4. QuickBooks Online integration

The Application connects to the company’s own QuickBooks Online account to create and send customer invoices and read related accounting records. Use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit’s terms. An authorized administrator may disconnect the integration at any time.

5. Text messaging

Operational and customer-care text messaging through Galbraith is governed by our SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Consent. Message frequency varies by recipient role and business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. For support, call 330-691-5415💬 or email dispatch@galbraith.llc. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Galbraith does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Company, customer, employee, and financial information in the Application is confidential and must be handled accordingly. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The Application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Galbraith LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

9. Termination

Access ends when an Authorized User’s relationship with Galbraith LLC or one of its Galbraith business operations ends, or when access is revoked. Galbraith LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
